The video frame itself is shown in full, but YouTube overlays it at predictable moments: player controls strip across the bottom on hover/tap, auto-captions in the lower third, and — if you add them — end-screen elements covering large regions of the final 5–20 seconds. Keep persistent on-screen information (scoreboards, labels, lower-thirds) above the control strip, and design your closing shot knowing end-screen cards will sit on top of it: a calm, static background there outperforms action you paid to shoot.
