Reflection post templates

Los posts de reflexión son el formato a fuego lento: la lección que te costó dinero, el hábito que por fin dejaste, el momento en que te diste cuenta de que fingías seguridad. Rara vez explotan como una opinión polémica, pero son los posts que la gente te cita meses después — y le dan a un feed de contenido táctico la profundidad que hace que el resto se sienta merecido.

Las plantillas de aquí se construyen en torno a la retrospectiva sincera: «la lección cara que me alegro de haber aprendido», «lo que cambiaría sobre cómo puse precio a mi trabajo», «la trampa de la comparación y cómo salí de ella». El formato hace algo sutil: te deja enseñar sin sermonear, porque la lección llega envuelta en una historia donde fuiste tú quien primero se equivocó.

Escríbelos cuando algo de verdad se haya asentado — una reflexión publicada en plena crisis se lee muy distinta de una publicada después de que se calmara el polvo. Conserva los detalles concretos (números, plazos, la suposición exacta que estaba mal) y déjate el barniz del arco de redención. Un post reflexivo cada una o dos semanas es de sobra; prográmalo para un hueco más tranquilo donde una lectura pausada encaje con el ánimo del scroll.
