Os posts de reflexão são o formato de combustão lenta: a lição que te custou dinheiro, o hábito que finalmente abandonaste, o momento em que percebeste que estavas a fingir confiança. Raramente disparam como uma opinião polémica, mas são os posts que as pessoas te citam meses depois — e dão a um feed de conteúdo tático a profundidade que faz o resto parecer merecido.

Os modelos aqui estão construídos à volta de uma retrospetiva honesta: «a lição cara que ainda bem que aprendi», «o que mudaria na forma como cobrava pelo meu trabalho», «a armadilha da comparação e como saí dela». O formato faz algo subtil: deixa-te ensinar sem dar sermões, porque a lição chega embrulhada numa história em que foste tu o primeiro a errar.

Escreve-os quando algo já assentou de verdade — uma reflexão publicada a meio de uma crise lê-se de forma muito diferente de uma publicada depois de a poeira assentar. Mantém os detalhes concretos (números, prazos, a suposição errada exata) e deixa de fora o verniz da história de redenção. Um post reflexivo a cada semana ou duas é mais do que suficiente; agenda-o para um horário mais calmo, onde uma leitura ponderada combina com o estado de espírito do scroll.
