One row per day. Prompts and suggested formats/platforms are illustrative — swap any of them for what fits your brand, then mark Status as you go.

What's inside

Day
Day 1 through 30 of your challenge. Start whenever you like — the days are relative, not tied to calendar dates, so you can pause and resume without breaking the sequence. The 30 prompts build a habit in stages: week one introduces you and your brand, weeks two and three deepen into tips, stories and proof, and the final stretch turns the audience you have built into a conversation, with a recap on Day 30.
Daily prompt / theme
The idea spark for that day — what to post about. These are prompts, not finished captions: they remove the "what do I post?" decision so you can get straight to creating.
Suggested format
A starting-point format for the prompt — Reel, carousel, single image, short video, text post, Story. Swap it for whatever you make fastest; the goal is shipping daily, not matching the suggestion.
Suggested platform
Where the prompt tends to land well, comma-separated for cross-posts. Treat it as a nudge — post wherever your audience already is, and reuse one idea across several networks.
Caption hook idea
A first-line opener to get you unstuck. Each one is an "e.g." placeholder — rewrite it in your own voice before publishing.
Status
Your simple progress tracker — Planned vs Done. Filter or sort by it to see your streak and what is still ahead. The built-in weekly recap prompts (Days 7, 14 and 21) are natural checkpoints: by the end of week one posting daily starts to feel routine, and by Day 30 you have a month of content and a clear read on what your audience responded to.

How to use this template

  1. Get the 30-row checklist

Download all 30 rows as a CSV for Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers, or copy them straight into a sheet — no import dialog and no account. Print it as a one-page checklist and tick days off by hand if you prefer paper.

  2. Pick a start day and personalise the prompts

The days are relative, so Day 1 can be today. Skim the 30 prompts and tweak any that do not fit your brand — the sample formats, platforms and caption hooks are illustrative starting points, not rules.

  3. Post one prompt per day

Each morning, open the row for the day, rewrite the caption hook in your own voice, create the post in the suggested (or your preferred) format, and publish. Aim for "done", not perfect.

  4. Mark each day Done to keep the streak

Change the Status cell from Planned to Done as you ship. Seeing the streak grow is the whole point — it is the motivation that carries you through the slow middle days.

  5. Batch ahead, then schedule with SocialKit

Once you have a few prompts drafted, schedule and cross-post them across your networks in SocialKit so a busy day never breaks the streak — check how each network publishes so you know whether a day goes out automatically or waits for you to confirm.

Best practices

  • Aim for consistency over polish — a "good enough" post that ships beats a perfect one that never does. The challenge is about building the habit.
  • Batch a few days at once when you have energy, so a hectic day later still has a post ready to go.
  • Rewrite every caption hook in your own voice; the placeholders are sparks, not scripts, and copy-pasted openers read as generic.
  • Reuse one idea across several platforms instead of inventing new content for each — one prompt can become a Reel, a text post and a Pin.
  • Engage with replies for 10 minutes after posting; daily posting works far better when you also show up in the comments.
  • Before you ship a day’s prompt, fit the caption to the network you are posting on — caption length and format rules differ per platform and change over time (as of June 2026), so check the character-limits tool rather than assuming one length works everywhere.

Do it in SocialKit

Batch a few days of prompts, then schedule and cross-post them across all 11 networks from one place so a busy day never breaks your streak. SocialKit auto-publishes where the network allows it and sends a publish notification where it does not, so you always know how each post will go out.
