Big names

Buffer pricing

Buffer starts free (up to 3 channels), and paid plans start at $5/month per connected channel on Essentials or $10/month per channel on Team (as of June 2026). At typical multi-platform usage the per-channel model stacks: all 11 major networks list at about $55/month on Essentials — roughly $110/month on Team with approvals.

Hootsuite pricing

Hootsuite starts at $99 per user per month, billed annually — about $1,188/year for one seat with up to 10 social accounts (verified June 10, 2026). There is no free plan or monthly-billing option. Unlimited accounts require Advanced at $249 per user/month, and approval workflows are reserved for the custom-quoted Enterprise tier.

Later pricing

Later Social starts at $25/month — $18.75/month billed annually — for one social set of up to 8 profiles, capped at 30 posts per profile per month with 5 AI credits. Outgrow those caps and the next tier is Growth at $50/month, with extra sets, users, and AI credits sold as paid add-ons (as of June 2026).

Sprout Social pricing

Sprout Social starts at $79 per seat per month on annual billing ($99/seat/month billed monthly) and runs to $399/seat on Advanced (as of June 2026). Real-world cost climbs fast: every user is a full seat, the two cheapest tiers cap you at 5 profiles, and a three-person Standard team lists at about $597/month.

SocialPilot pricing

SocialPilot starts at $20/month (Essentials: 5 social accounts, 1 user) — about $17/month billed annually, verified June 10, 2026. But the agency features it is known for — client approval workflows, white-label reports, advanced analytics — start on Premium at $100/month, and extra accounts ($4/month) and extra users ($5/month) stack on top as you grow.

Sendible pricing

Sendible starts at $29/month (about $25/month billed yearly) for the Creator plan — 1 user and 6 profiles (verified June 10, 2026). Need a seventh profile or a second seat and the next tier is Traction at $89/month; agency tiers run $199–$750/month, and every plan lists a daily posting limit per user.

Loomly pricing

Loomly Starter lists at $65/month, or $49/month billed yearly, for 12 social accounts and 3 users (as of June 2026). There is no free plan — just a free trial with no credit card (Loomly’s own pages list both 7 and 15 days). The only step up, Beyond, lists at $332/month billed monthly — there is no mid-tier in between.

Agorapulse pricing

Agorapulse starts at $79 per user per month billed annually ($99 month-to-month) on Standard, verified June 10, 2026. Every plan includes 10 social profiles; extras cost $10/month each. Because billing is per seat, a three-person team on Standard lists at $237/month — before any extra profiles or the contact-priced X add-ons.

CoSchedule pricing

CoSchedule’s Social Calendar lists at $19 per user/month billed annually ($29 month-to-month) — but it bills per user AND per profile: 3 profiles included, then $5/month each. Match an 11-platform setup and one user lists at about $59/month. There is a limited free plan; a 14-day trial is third-party-reported, not on the pricing page (June 2026).

Zoho Social pricing

Zoho Social Standard lists at $15/month ($10/month billed annually) — but that buys one brand and one user. It meters by brand and seat: extra members are listed by third parties at about $11.50/member/month, and a multi-member setup means Premium at $65/month or Agency from $320/month. There is a forever-free plan and a 15-day no-card trial (as of June 2026).

Mid-size tools

SocialBee pricing

SocialBee starts at $29/month on Bootstrap — 5 social accounts and 1 user (as of June 2026). Accounts drive the price: 10 cost $49/month, 25 cost $99/month, and extra profiles add $15/month per 5. Running 15 accounts works out to roughly $64/month, billed in USD only.

Metricool pricing

Metricool has a genuinely free plan (1 brand, 20 posts/month, no LinkedIn or X). Paid tiers start at €16/month billed annually for 5 brands on Starter — but X (Twitter) costs +$5/month per account, listed prices exclude VAT, and approvals plus API access wait on Advanced from €43/month (as of June 2026).

Publer pricing

Publer’s Professional plan starts at $5/month for a single social account ($4/month billed yearly), verified June 10, 2026. Extra accounts add about $4/month each and teammates $2/month, so a typical 3-account setup runs $12/month — and connecting all 11 major networks lists at $44/month on Publer’s own calculator.

Tailwind pricing

Tailwind is priced per social account: Pro lists at $29.99/month ($17.99/month billed annually) for 1 account and a 150-posts-per-month quota (verified June 10, 2026). A free Forever plan exists (1 account, 5 posts/month), but there is no time-limited full trial. Posting and AI tools pause once your monthly quota or credits run out.

Planoly pricing

Planoly’s Starter lists at $14/month billed annually ($16/month monthly, per its help center) for 1 user and 1 eight-channel “social set” — but Starter cannot buy add-on sets or seats. A second brand or teammate forces an upgrade to Growth at $24/month. There is a free mobile tier (10 uploads/month) and a 14-day trial (verified June 10, 2026).

ContentStudio pricing

ContentStudio Standard lists at $19/month for 5 social accounts and 1 user (as of June 2026). It prices per add-on below the top tier: extra accounts $5/mo, users $10/mo, workspaces $10/mo. Match 15 accounts and it lists at about $69/month. There is a 7-day free trial, no card — but no free plan.

Vista Social pricing

Vista Social starts at $79/month — $64/month billed annually ($758/year, verified June 10, 2026) — for the Professional plan, which bundles 15 social profiles and 3 user seats whether you need them or not. There is no smaller solo tier and no free plan, just a 14-day no-card trial. X (Twitter) costs an extra $29/month on every tier.

Social Champ pricing

Social Champ lists at $5/account/month (pay-per-profile) or $29/month flat for the 6-account Standard bundle, $23/month billed annually (as of June 2026). It bills per profile, so matching 15 accounts lists at roughly $71–74/month once extra-profile fees apply. AI runs on paid credit packs. There is a free-forever plan (3 accounts) and a 14-day no-card trial.

Iconosquare pricing

Iconosquare lists at €33/month (Launch, billed yearly) for 5 social profiles, 1 user, and 100 posts/month — month-to-month costs more (as of June 2026). Pricing scales on seats and data depth, not profiles: every paid tier caps at 5 profiles, extra users add €16/month each. There is a free plan and a 14-day no-card trial.

Statusbrew pricing

Statusbrew lists at $69/month for Lite (billed annually; $89 monthly), covering 1 user and 5 social profiles. It bills per user and per profile, so growth means a tier jump: Standard $129 (10 profiles), Premium $229 (15 profiles). There is no free plan — a 14-day no-card trial only. Approvals start on the $229 Premium tier (as listed, June 2026).

Sked Social pricing

Sked Social starts at $290/year (~$24/month billed annually, as of June 2026) — but that buys one user and one social profile. The billing unit is per profile and per seat, so realistic multi-profile use lands on Grow at $690/year, with approval workflows a +$500–$1,000/year add-on. There is a 14-day no-card trial, but no free plan.

MeetEdgar pricing

MeetEdgar lists at $29.99/month for the Eddie plan — about $24.91/month billed annually ($299/year) — and that buys just 5 social accounts (as of June 2026). It is flat-priced, not per-seat, but every account past 5 is a $4.99/month add-on. The bigger Edgar plan is $49.99/month for 25 accounts. There is a 30-day free trial and no free plan.

NapoleonCat pricing

NapoleonCat is priced per user/profile bundle, not per seat. The Standard base bundle (2 users / 5 profiles) lists at $89/month, or $67/month billed annually (verified June 10, 2026). There is no free plan and no solo tier — every bundle bills for at least two users. A 14-day no-card free trial is offered.

Indie tools

Pallyy pricing

Pallyy lists Starter at $15/month, but that tier caps you at 20 posts/month — unlimited posting really starts at Pro ($25/month), priced per “social set” (roughly one client brand). Extra sets list at $10/month each, so four client brands costs about $55/month. A 14-day no-card free trial is included on every tier (verified June 12, 2026).

OneUp pricing

OneUp lists at $15/month for Starter — 5 social accounts, 300 scheduled posts, and zero team seats (as of June 2026). Plans are priced per account-tier and per seat, billed in USD. The first plan with any teammate is Intermediate at $48/month. There is a 7-day free trial and no free-forever plan.

FeedHive pricing

FeedHive starts at €15/month for Creator (4 social accounts, 30 scheduled posts, a 14-day window), as of June 2026. It is priced by quota tier, not per channel. To get unlimited scheduling you need the Business plan at €69/month. There is a 7-day free trial and no free plan.

Postly pricing

Postly Pro is billed per channel — $3.20/month per channel billed yearly ($192/year) with a 5-channel minimum, so the real floor is $16/month for five channels ($20/month month-to-month). Every profile, page, Pinterest board, or Google Business location counts as a separate channel. There is no time-boxed trial; the free Starter plan is 10 one-time test posts (verified June 10, 2026).

RADAAR pricing

RADAAR is priced by profile band: Basic lists at $4.99/month (3 profiles, 1 user) but caps you at 90 scheduled posts total — no inbox, no analytics. Unlimited posts, an inbox, and analytics start at Standard, $9.99/month ($6.99 billed annually, 6 profiles), verified June 10, 2026. There is a 14-day free trial, no card required, and no free plan.

dlvr.it pricing

dlvr.it Pro lists at $14.99/month for 10 social profiles, billed by profile count (as of June 2026). There is no free trial — your card is charged on day one, with a 14-day money-back refund window instead. Matching 15 profiles needs Plus at $39.99/month, and X (Twitter) is capped at 500 posts/month per account on every plan.

PostFast pricing

PostFast lists from €10/month billed yearly (€12 month-to-month) for Starter — but the unit is the tier: each plan caps social accounts, scheduled posts, and drafts. Starter buys 4 accounts and 150 scheduled posts; unlimited scheduling only starts on Pro (€82.50/month billed yearly). There is a 7-day no-card trial, no free plan, and no money-back guarantee listed (verified June 10, 2026).
